Start your day right - tips for making your day (and life) great!

Morning is definitely the most important part of our daily lives, which can determine the success we are experiencing, not only daily, but in long-term also.

But who has the time to think of that while in hurry to get dressed and ready for work, after pressing the snooze button several times?! If you know what I'm talking about, then it's about time to make a few changes.

Simple is always the key. Always. So, success is not crazy math formula reserved only for geniuses. Success is simply a habit. And it starts with establishing a few simple daily habits. Sorry, snooze is not one of them!
Start Your Day Right - Tips For Making Your Day (And Life) Great!
1. Start your day the night before. Stay off tech at least 30 minutes before going to bed and use that time to plan your morning instead. Write a to-do list, plan activities, meditate, read a book. Try going to bed early, the best would be around 22, or at least before midnight.
2. Place your phone as far from your bed as possible. That way you will have to really get up from bed to turn it off in the morning. And when you are already on your feet, you can just continue with other morning activities with ease.
3. The off-tech rule applies to mornings also. Don't worry, nothing so urgent is happening that you cannot use 30 minutes just for yourself. Take a shower, clean your face, do a little yoga or stretching, meditate.
4. Instead of sipping a life-saving liquid called coffee on your empty stomach, take some time and prepare a healthy breakfast first. Do it while listening to some nice music just to make your morning even more beautiful.
5. Don't forget your looks too! Getting put together in the morning will give you a sense of self-esteem and will make you feel powerful to handle whatever comes your day. Choose nice clothes, do your hair, put some makeup (even if it's just lip balm).

You will have to put some effort into establishing these habits in the beginning, but trust me, it is not so hard. Being unable to reach your maximum and live up to your potentials is way harder.
